Pre-qualify with one of our trusted lending partners to understand your budget and explore financing options tailored to your needs. It’s quick, easy, and the first step in making your Maplewood Home a reality.

Step 3

Contract on your new Maplewood Home

Next, your New Home Specialist will help create and guide you through signing the agreement, confirming your homesite and floor plans.

Step 4

Meet the Builder / Builder Orientation

Maplewood performs thorough inspections at key points in the build to ensure your home meets all quality standards and systems function properly. See your completed home during a detailed orientation. Meet our hands-on builder Jeff and review smart features, energy-efficient systems, and answer all your questions.

Step 5

Closing & Move-In Day

After closing, we conduct follow-up inspections to ensure your home meets expectations. Our proactive Customer Care team is here to support you whenever you need it.
